I just wanted to email you and let you know how happy I was to receive my son's belt buckles yesterday. I was able to wrap them last night and will give them to him today on his 19th Birthday. I know he is going to love both of them. It was very very kind of you to send my order 2 day priority delivery. When it arrived yesterday in the mail I was jumping for joy. I just couldn't believe you would take the time to call me plus ship it in a rush and not charge me extra, and then out of the kindness of your heart send me another belt buckle free of charge. Well that was way more than icing on the cake. You are a very special person to do that for me.

Dear Mr. Martin. I have received the three ratchet belts I have ordered from you. I guess the easiest way to the described them is fabulous, a real God send. Four years ago I underwent surgery on my spinal cord and as a result I have very little feeling in my hands and feet. Latching traditional belts was almost next to impossible by feel. It required that I looked into a mirror and use sight rather than feel to close the belt. I saw your ad in a magazine and thought I could try your belt. They work great, thank you so much, Not only do they look good and function well they have removed a tremendous frustration in my life.
